We provide engineered solutions for the most complex systems and applications including industrial, marine, vehicular, agricultural, and more. Our ability to provide these solutions allows us to develop long term partnerships with our customers.

The hours for the Assistant Project Manager position are 8 AM to 5 PM, M-F, this is not a work from home position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design industrial & marine driveline solutions using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar.
• Develop inspection reports and quotations.
• Work with customers and vendors to create and finalize orders, work with the shipping department to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work individually and with the Procurement Dept. to coordinate the purchase and delivery of project materials and parts.
• Work with the Shop Foreman to schedule the building, storage, and delivery of drivelines and materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service; develop and maintain professional relationships with contacts.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• 3-5 Years of experience working with AutoCAD or similar software preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Inventor 2022 or comparable 3d drawing software preferred.
• Must be personable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate timely, professionally, and effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
