Job summary

Hartizen Homes, LLC. in Orlando, FL is seeking a construction project leader to assist in overseeing the new home-building process from initial client meetings through final walkthroughs with buyers.

You will help ensure production schedules are met, supervise multiple construction phases, and enforce OSHA safety standards while training under a current Project Manager. Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Track record of exemplary customer service and desire to serve others.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the entire new homebuilding process from initial client meeting through all the phases of construction to final walkthrough with the new homebuyer.
  • Ensure compliance to production schedules via supervision, daily contact, and communication, keeping all construction phases in proper and timely sequence
  • Enforce safety standards as governed by Federal OSHA and other local authorities and provide training to ensure safe working conditions for employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers
  • Participate in a structured training program where you will gain experience alongside a current Project Manager to learn the knowledge and skills needed
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners from pre-construction through closing of homes
