Your responsibilities will include leading construction meetings, reporting on enabling and relocations projects, leading project team meetings with CLIENT in-house personnel to coordinate construction with other initiatives, tracking procurement efforts, and assisting with departmental moves into new spaces. You will also participate in cost control activities, review documents for compliance, and maintain interfaces with users and internal units.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with users to define project requirements and establish work plans and deadlines.
  • Creating persuasive presentations to meet project objectives.
  • Qualifying consultants and contractors by reviewing bids and related documents.
  • Representing CLIENT with architects, engineers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Overseeing consultants and construction managers.
  • Developing and maintaining successful user relations; ensuring project delivery and deadlines.
  • Performing inspections of job site conditions and project progress, including after-hours and weekends if necessary, with potential exposure to unsafe conditions.
  • Tracking and reporting project financials, schedules, and documentation in systems such as MS Project, P6, Unifier, e-builder, Procore, etc.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Planning & Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is a plus.
  • Professional license is a plus.
  • Healthcare, lab, pharma, or life science experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project/program/construction management; experience across multiple roles is a plus.
  • Certifications like OSHA-30, DBIA, CCM, PMP, PMI are preferred; support for obtaining PE and other certifications is encouraged.
