Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager for a renewable energy project in Minnesota. This role involves maintaining the project schedule and ensuring effective communication across teams on site.

The position offers a W2 contract through 2026, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision after 30 days. Compensation includes $42 an hour with overtime and a $166 per diem for 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an APM or Project Scheduler for utility scale renewable energy or heavy civil projects.
• Basic understanding of wind turbine overhaul.
• Previous experience using Wrike, Microsoft Office, and Procore.

ersg is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support a leading renewable energy company at a project site in Minnesota. This position will play a key role in maintaining the project schedule, ensuring clear communication across on-site teams. This is a W2 contract role through the end of 2026, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track the project schedule.
• Oversee visual project tools, including grid visuals and task completion tracking.
• Manage daily Plan of the Day (POD) and End of Day (EOD) updates.
• Coordinate and communicate with the site lead, Construction Manager (CM), and Project Manager.
• Participate in weekly project meetings.

Rotation

4 days off each month with up to $500 expense reimbursement.

Compensation

• $42 an hour + OT (1.5 rate). Around 55-60h a week.
• $166 per diem- 7 days a week
