Associate Director in the Construction industry

CSG are currently partnered with a leading Construction Sub-Contractor who are currently looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team. They are looking for employees that not only possess the skills and abilities to be an assistant project manager, but also a passion for growth and innovation!

Specific Responsibilities

• Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
• Coordination of project specific functions
• Managing/coordination with General Contractors
• GC Contract review and markup
• Assist with project budget and attend financial meetings
• Assist with Manage project close out
• Attend GC meetings as needed
• Communicate field scheduling with manufacturing

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 plus years in commercial construction required
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
