You will work with seasoned PMs, coordinating RFIs, submittals, materials, and vendor coordination, while developing the skills to progress to a full PM role on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Manage material expediting, deliveries, and project files.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, and vendors.

Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Meridian, MS.

Specializing in data center interior solutions, our client delivers raised access flooring, hot and cold aisle containment, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to build a long-term career in project management. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience managing project schedules, documentation, subcontractors, budgets, and field operations while developing into a future Project Manager.
