Job summary

Insight Global in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects. You will work with project managers and field leadership to help manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.

This on-site role requires 2–4 years of project management experience, Procore proficiency, CMAR exposure, and a proactive, go-getter attitude. A lump-sum relocation option is available to relocation candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout commercial construction projects from handoff through completion.
• Assist with project schedules, milestones, budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Utilize Procore to maintain project documentation and support day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, warranties, and other project records.
• Help identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, quality, budget, or schedule.
• Support turnover and closeout activities.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and field leadership to help manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, and overall project coordination. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership to help keep projects on schedule and within budget. This individual will also assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, project reporting, and closeout while proactively identifying and helping resolve issues throughout the construction lifecycle.

You will

• Support Project Managers throughout commercial construction projects from handoff through completion.

• Work closely with field leadership to monitor construction progress and project schedules.

• Maintain RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, warranties, and other project records.
• Help identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, quality, budget, or schedule.
