Job summary

Ardith Rademacher & Associates in Houston seeks an Assistant Project Manager / rising Project Manager to guide field teams and directly manage Project Engineers on complex construction programs. This role will partner with PMs, superintendents, owners, and architects to drive project success.

You will leverage strong technical construction knowledge and leadership to build high-performing teams, while implementing disciplined contract administration, procurement, documentation, and change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large commercial, healthcare, higher-education, or mission-critical projects with leadership responsibility.
• Strong technical construction expertise demonstrated on complex projects.
• Proven leadership with effective client-facing communication.
• Passion for developing high-performing teams and mentoring Project Engineers.
• Ability to blend technology-driven oversight with a people-first management style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop Project Engineers and leading contract administration.
• Manage procurement, document control, and change management on projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Ensure successful project execution on healthcare, manufacturing, or commercial builds.
