Our client, a boutique Owner’s Representative firm based in Dallas, is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with ground-up multifamily experience.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership and play an integral role in the successful delivery of high-end multifamily developments across the Dallas metroplex. The firm offers a tight-knit, entrepreneurial environment with a solid pipeline of projects and a reputation for hands-on, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager/Principal on day-to-day project oversight
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants
• Attend OAC meetings and site visits
• Assist in due diligence and project reporting

Ideal Background:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction or project management
• Experience with multifamily construction (Owner’s Rep, GC, or Developer side)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
