Assistant Project Manager (Industrial)

Location: Nationwide

Because of their continued growth, An General Contractor in the local area is seeking a Assistant PM to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with creating and updating project schedules and budget information
• Assist with monitoring and controlling project progress, ensuring that project deliverables are met
• Coordinate project meetings and provide meeting minutes to the project team
• Assist with gathering and tracking project documentation, including plans, specifications, approvals, and reports
• Participate in the development of scope of work requirements for engineers and contractors
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper project execution
• Provide regular project status reports to the project team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 4 year of experience in project management, preferably in industrial projects
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Construction Software
• PMP Certification (preferred)
