Your new role

• Assistant Project Manager overseeing a 1.5–2-year renovation project
• Work 5 days a week on the project site in Alexandria, VA
• Occasional visit to office headquarters in Columbia MD
• Work alongside 1 Superintendent on site
• Report to Project Manager based in office
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to run your own work as the lead Assistant Project Manager
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager
• Experience in renovations, education, or playgrounds/parks is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software
