Join us as a
1. Update baseline schedule to ensure it lines up with % completion we are billing on pay app
2. Pull every invoice GRd and paid during pay app period
1. Verify that payments have been made to vendors
3. Pull all certified payrolls for pay app period and have them signed by local superintendent
1. Compare to daily sign offs by third-party consultant
4. Compile release of liens from all subcontractors and Schindler for pay app period
5. Prepare G702/G703 manual invoice
1. Review with local team to ensure everything lines up
6. Schedule on-site surveys with all stakeholders
7. Attend bi-weekly meetings with customer, HNTB, US Cost and Schindler (on Teams)
8. Assist with FP & NI (MOD-R) projects and provide additional relief to the service team with badging.
9. Collaborate with the BSC as necessary
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office & Excel
