Job summary

CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer to plan, design, and manage civil planning, reporting, and construction documents from concept through construction. The role supports project teams and liaises with clients and agencies to address plan changes.

The candidate will assist with cost estimation, budgets, and schedule tracking while contributing to CEI's quality control processes and project milestones.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, produces, and manages civil planning, reporting, and construction documents from the conceptual phase through the construction phase.
• Assists in preparing and reviewing cost estimates and project budgets by estimating projected project hours.
• Works with clients, local agencies, and project team members to address plan changes and provide project status reports.
