Job summary

Employ Partners in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Project Analyst to support capital projects and asset acquisitions. The role is a 90-day temporary engagement offering 20 hours per week with a hybrid work schedule.

You will provide analytical support for planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination, collaborate with design and construction teams, and help track project progress while ensuring compliance with financial protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

• Assist with the capital planning process and fiscal management, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
• Review monthly CIP entries, collaborate with property management, and track progress on projects.
