Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Controls Specialist for a 12-month contract in Walnut Creek, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of project controls and reporting, including change management, cost control, progress measurement, and scheduling.
• Assist with creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and develop scheduling reports and forecasts.
• Review and approve purchase orders/subcontracts for proper coding and assist with cash flow development.
• Assist with earned value management, progress measurements, and field audits to ensure reporting accuracy.
