Arup in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Project and Commercial Manager to join our growing PPM team. You will support owner-side PM commissions and Arup-led design projects, helping clients plan, govern and deliver from inception through completion.
You’ll develop expertise across project management, commercial management and project controls while collaborating with experienced PMs, Directors and technical leaders.

Our Program, Project and Commercial Management (PPM) team works across some of the most exciting and complex projects in infrastructure, transportation, science and industry, technology, healthcare and the built environment. We support clients as trusted advisors, lead owner-side project management commissions and help deliver multidisciplinary design projects that improve communities and create lasting value.
We are looking for an Assistant Project and Commercial Manager to join our growing PPM team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across project management, commercial management and project controls whilst working alongside experienced Project Managers, Project Directors and technical leaders.
You will support both owner-side project management commissions and Arup-led design delivery projects, helping clients and project teams successfully plan, govern and deliver projects from inception through completion.
Whether supporting a major infrastructure program, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, developing project reporting, tracking commercial performance or helping manage project risk, you will play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is $97,800 to $115,000. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ.
