Crossroads Treatment Centers in Newport, TN is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support operations at our Newport center. You will manage front desk tasks, assist with KPI achievement, and help coordinate staff onboarding and ongoing training.

The role includes patient flow management, insurance discussions, and collaboration with the Program Supervisor to uphold policies and quality care in an outpatient MAT setting.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor in achieving KPI: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Handle front office responsibilities: check-in/check-out, vitals, urine toxicology.
• Create schedules and approve timecards; monitor staffing and training needs.
• Manage patient insurance information and facilitate conversations regarding insurance concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding and policy review for new team members; assist with interviews.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and results sent to the appropriate lab.
• Escalate patient concerns to the Program Supervisor and ensure timely resolution.
• Occasionally travel to Newport centers as needed.
