Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to help drive KPI performance, supervise staff, and support day-to-day operations at our outpatient centers. You will participate in interviews, onboard new teammates, monitor performance, and ensure timely lab results and accurate timekeeping.

The role requires experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program or related substance-use/mental-health settings, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Preference for supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with individuals with substance use disorders or mental health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an environment supporting Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Assist Program Supervisor with KPI achievement: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Participate in interviews for open positions and onboard new staff.
• Monitor team performance and compliance; coordinate staff training.
• Prepare schedules and approve timecards for center teammates.
• Handle front office duties: check-in/out, vitals, toxicology processing.
• Ensure labs are timely and results sent to the appropriate lab.
• Reconcile payments and manage deposits transit to bank.
• Serve as primary contact for patient concerns escalated to Program Supervisor.
• Maintain patient insurance information and discuss insurance matters.
• Order and maintain supplies for assigned centers.
• Communicate changes to team and implement them promptly.
• Assist with performance evaluations and staffing needs as needed.
• Be available onsite during center hours; support other departments as needed.
