Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support center operations, staff scheduling, front office duties, and program governance.

You will partner with the Program Supervisor and Human Capital to uphold policies, manage performance, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely labs and reporting; preference for experience in Office Based Opioid Treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health issues.
• Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Supports and reinforces Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assists Program Supervisor with achieving KPI's: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Proactively partner with Program Supervisor and Human Capital Business Partner on employee relations.
• Partners with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions.
• Assists with onboarding and acclimation of new team members, including review of policies.
• Monitors team performance and compliance, assisting with staff training.
• Creates schedules and approves timecards for teammates at assigned centers.
• Performs front office responsibilities, including Check-in/Check-out, vitals, urine toxicology.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and sent to the appropriate lab.
• Reconciliation of payments and transportation of deposits to bank.
• Primary point of contact for patient concerns and escalation to Program Supervisor.
• Maintain patient insurance information and discuss insurance concerns.
• Order and maintain supplies for assigned center(s).
• Communicate changes with team and ensure timely implementation.
• Complete and facilitate performance evaluations with the Program Supervisor.
• Ongoing evaluation of staffing needs and escalation to Program Supervisor.
• Onsite during center hours and assist Support Departments as needed.

Day in the Life of an Assistant Program Supervisor

Education and Experience requirements :

Preference given to candidates with experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and with supervisory experience. Individuals should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health. The Program Supervisor must meet state‑defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.
