Job summary

The Arc Ocean County Chapter is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to coordinate Adult Day Services and support a team of dedicated staff. You will help translate individual goals into meaningful daily activities and ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will lead program coordination, supervise staff, track progress toward goals, and collaborate with leadership to maintain safety, documentation, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or related field.
• At least two years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in direct support, vocational, or adult day program settings.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and maintain compliance with agency drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program schedules and activities to support smooth service delivery.
• Uphold standards for participant care and overall program performance.
• Assist with organizing staffing requirements and coordinating workflow for guidance and resources.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks and staff supervision.
