Job summary

AccessCNY, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for Residential Housing to support individuals in an IRA, helping them achieve independence and maintain stable housing in Syracuse, NY. The role reports to the Program Manager, DDABI and requires driving to meet program needs.

The position focuses on providing person-centered services, monitoring health and safety, and assisting with day-to-day IRA operations to ensure quality care for participants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 2 years of disability services experience.
• Associates degree in Human Services with 1 year of disability experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program manager with day-to-day IRA operations.
• Provide services for participants including supporting ADL skills.
• Monitor and maintain participants' health and safety.
• Ensure participant safety in the IRA and in the community.
