Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Master's level Licensed Mental Health Professional, Assistant Program Manager for ACCS. The role includes outreach training, supervision of Direct Care I–III staff, and coordination of psychiatric services in the community.

Minimum qualifications include 3 years of psychiatric population experience and 2 years supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach training and supervision to Direct Care I–III staff in ACCS.
• Work within the Agency’s team model to ensure accountability and support.
• Engage in crisis response and ongoing client assessment.
• Coordinate treatment planning and service delivery with the team.
