Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with Rite of Passage policies and regulations.
• Manage educational, vocational, and clinical services for youth.
• Oversee budget, expenditures, and reporting in coordination with the Program Director.
• Train and develop the site management team; ensure staffing levels per roster.
• Maintain safety, health, and welfare of staff and students.
