Job summary

Job description

Licensed Clinical Supervisor

In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is responsible to provide leadership and support daily operations of our client care programs. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines and will work under the guidance of the Program Director.

Summer Schedule

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations

Compensation

• Full Time - Salary $75,000 to $85,000
• $1,500 Stay on Bonus
