Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Program Director for a non-profit organization in New York. Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree Preferred, Bachelor’s Degree considered with significant experience.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience required.
  • Experience in supportive housing a strong plus.

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of case management staff.
  • Ensure timely documentation completion by direct service staff.
  • Support evidence-based practice models.
  • Participate in new client interviews and admission meetings.
  • Assist Program Director with daily program operations.

Skills

Supervisory and leadership experience

Education
