Qualifications

• Three years of experience with developmental disabilities population.
• At least one year in a supervisory position.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory CORI and DDS Fingerprinting.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and supervise all Colleagues in the program.
• Develop and implement a FUN curriculum both in program and in the community.
• Research new program ideas to aid in Guests achieve their personal goals.
• Develop schedules based off needs of the program.
• Build relationships with the community to establish opportunities for Guests.
