A new initiative within the Institute for Advanced Jesuit Studies, the AMDG program draws from the depths of the Jesuit tradition and its vast national and global apostolic networks, in order to energize the personal and communal religious practices of 625 youth and young adults. The program also offers mentorship development for 25 adults, who will serve as the program’s Ambassadors, and up to 50 Boston College undergraduates, who will serve as Beadles for the program. Funded through the Lilly Endowment, the program will be piloted with 15 Jesuit, Catholic high schools, five colleges and universities, and five parishes.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $57,800 to $72,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
