Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to help lead our team in partnership with the Program Director and Leadership Board.

The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, participates in a local church, and excels at handling a broad range of administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• A mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy beliefs.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer roles.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Support in administration and coordination tasks for the program.
• Coordinate location, logistics, fundraising and communication as part of the role.
• Contribute to program planning and execution as a part-time assistant.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity, under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers
• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program
• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district
• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)
• Language: The communication element of the program

The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!

Qualifications and Experience

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace
