Pride Health is seeking an Assistant Program Director to supervise case management and program services for adults facing homelessness and mental illness. In the absence of the Program Director, you will work with the Regional Director to guide staff.
This part-time, long-term contract runs from immediate start through December 23rd, with potential extensions. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise direct staff, and engage with external agencies to support client placements.
The Assistant Program Director will provide supervision of case management services to ensure quality care for adults who have experienced homelessness and mental illness. In the absence of the Program Director, this role will supervise program staff in conjunction with the Regional Director.
