New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking an Assistant Program Director to supervise staff, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure high-quality client care. The role reports to the Program Director and supports program operations across locations.
The position offers a hybrid schedule (Sunday-Thursday with onsite Sundays) and requires a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling plus NY licensure.

The Assistant Program Director supervises professional and paraprofessional staff to ensure a high level of performance in their work with assigned clients. This position will report to the Program Director.
Sunday - Thursday (Sundays will be an onsite day)

Salary: $135,000 - $140,000/year
Compensation will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
