Responsibilities

• Develop an independent, externally funded translational bioinformatics program.
• Lead studies using GWAS, PheWAS, sequencing, and pharmacogenomics data.
• Collaborate across MUSC and with clinical and data science teams.
• Mentor students and contribute to education in biomedicine and data science.
• Contribute to precision medicine initiatives and biobank science.
