Job Summary
The Department of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington ( UTA ) seeks applicants for an Assistant Professor tenure track position in Organizational Behavior OR Human Resources. The preferred applicant will have completed their PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field. We seek individuals who are well-equipped to contribute to our research aspirations by demonstrating their ability to publish in universally regarded “elite” journals in either organizational behavior or human resources management Also critical is a demonstrated capacity to teach organizational behavior, human resource management, or general management courses at all degree levels, and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department.

Required Qualifications
A PhD in management, organizational behavior, human resource management, or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited university is required to be considered. We seek individuals who have a demonstrated capability to teach organizational behavior or human resources management courses at all degree levels, who are dedicated to student success, and who are committed to working in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have published their research in top journals in their field and demonstrate a robust pipeline of ongoing research, have teaching experience, have experience contributing back to our field through service opportunities.
