Qualifications

• Earned academic doctorate (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in Communication Disorders and Sciences or closely related field.
• College/university-level teaching experience or potential to teach in-person, hybrid, and online courses.
• Possession of, or attainment within 12 months of hire, California licensure in speech-language pathology and CCC‑SLP.
• State licensure and CCC‑SLP must be kept current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate programs in Speech-Language Pathology, with primary emphasis on AAC and Early Intervention.
• Supervise graduate clinical practica and/or student research.
• Maintain weekly office hours, participate in faculty meetings, and assist with assessment of student learning.
• Contribute to department, college, and university service and promote equitable outcomes.
