Senior Assistant Professors are encouraged to apply. Applicants with prior tenure-track experience should have a strong research record commensurate with experience and junior candidates must show promise for the development of a solid research agenda. This position requires the Assistant Professor to teach management courses at the undergraduate and graduate-level and to conduct research and publish in top management journals or those in closely related fields. **Job Responsibilities:*** 45% - Teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses (primarily in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management).
