Eastern Connecticut State University’s Department of Accounting and Business Information Systems is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a One-Year/Temporary (Non-Tenure Track) Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Accounting position. Eastern is Connecticut’s Public Liberal Arts University, located in Willimantic, Connecticut, approximately 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.5 hours from New York City. Eastern is one of four universities in the Connecticut State College and University System (CSCU). The position offers substantial health and retirement benefits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants with research and teaching interests in all areas of accountancy will be considered. Recent professional experience in the accounting field is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The position is compensated at an appropriate salary level in accordance with the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors (CSU-AAUP) bargaining agreement.
