Primary responsibilities include teaching of language and culture courses across the undergraduate curriculum as well as departmental service. Candidates with proven record of excellence in teaching college-level German language courses are preferred. Core responsibilities of this position include teaching six courses per year in the German language program (3/3). This is a three-year, tenure‑ineligible appointment with the possibilitybut nottheguaranteeof renewal.
