The Department of Radiology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC seeks outstanding faculty candidates for positions as tenure‑track or clinical‑track assistant professor in the Division of Neuroradiology. Candidates should have strong clinical expertise in all aspects of neuroradiology, including image‑guided procedures, and will be expected to pursue further subspecialty clinical and research excellence within the field of neuroradiology. At minimum, facility with image‑guided pain management procedures, lumbar punctures, and biopsies is desired.
Our Department comprises over 68 academically and clinically active faculty members. The Neuroradiology Division currently consists of 9 individuals, with subspecialty designations of Neuro‑oncologic Imaging, Spinal Imaging & Intervention, and Head & Neck Imaging. Clinical duties encompass all neuroradiologic subspecialties. The Division has research excellence in neuroimaging, artificial intelligence, molecular and translational imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, and biomedical imaging, with three faculty holding PhDs in imaging‑related fields.
Candidates are expected to be active clinical radiologists with expertise in neuroradiology, capable of performing image‑guided procedures and pursuing subspecialty clinical and research development. Evidence of a strong record in neuroradiology clinical practice and research is essential.
