As one of the largest and highest volume Interventional Radiology (IR) departments in the country and a premier academic institution in South Florida, we offer a full spectrum of IR clinical procedures, training and research while serving over 21,000 patients a year. We work with a wide range of specialists across campus – from Liver Transplant, Hepatobiliary, Radiation Oncology, Urology as well as Orthopedics to provide excellent multidisciplinary care. TheAssistant Professor of Clinical – Interventional Radiology provides medical care to large array of patients by providing minimally invasive image-guided diagnosis and treatment of disease. The Assistant Professor of Clinical is focused on clinical care, research, and training of residents and fellows. As assigned by the Chairman, the faculty member will provide service at the following UM/ JMH locations in Miami Dade and Broward County: UHealth SoleMia, UHealth Doral, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, UHealth Tower Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center – Plantation, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center - Deerfield Beach, Lennar Foundation Medical Center, and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
