University of Miami Department of Interventional Radiology is seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinical to provide patient-centered, image-guided care and to advance clinical research and education across a large, high-volume IR program.

As one of the largest and highest volume Interventional Radiology (IR) departments in the country and a premier academic institution in South Florida, we offer a full spectrum of IR clinical procedures, training and research while serving over 21,000 patients a year. We work with a wide range of specialists across campus – from Liver Transplant, Hepatobiliary, Radiation Oncology, Urology as well as Orthopedics to provide excellent multidisciplinary care.
The Assistant Professor of Clinical – Interventional Radiology provides medical care to a large array of patients by providing minimally invasive image-guided diagnosis and treatment of disease. The Assistant Professor of Clinical is focused on clinical care, research, and training of residents and fellows.
As assigned by the Chairman, the faculty member will provide service at the following UM/JMH locations in Miami Dade and Broward County: UHealth SoleMia, UHealth Doral, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, UHealth Tower Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center – Plantation, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center - Deerfield Beach, Lennar Foundation Medical Center, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. In addition to these locations, the faculty members may see patients in clinic at the Desai Sethi Medical Center.
Education: Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School (or foreign equivalent), Certification and Licensing: Florida Medical License or equivalent American Board of Radiology Certification Completion of an ACGME approved Fellowship Program in Vascular Interventional
