Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Assistant Professor to teach physiology and/or biochemistry content, facilitate in-person PBL small groups, and provide large group lectures. The role covers duties in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant program, and the School of Translational Biomedical Engineering and Sciences as needed.
The faculty member will be based at the Stratford, NJ or Sewell, NJ campus with some travel between campuses.
The Department of Medical Education and Scholarship at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine (SOM) is seeking a faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor to teach physiology and/or biochemistry content, facilitate in-person small groups of problem-based learning (PBL), and provide large group lectures. This position will cover faculty duties as assigned in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant program, and the School of Translational Biomedical Engineering and Sciences as their expertise allows.
In compliance with the State of New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $104,00 to $124,000. Placement into the range is determined by the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and other factors.
