Felician University invites applications for a full-time Marketing faculty (Assistant Professor) in the School of Business and Information Sciences. The position focuses on teaching, curriculum development, and service across undergraduate and graduate programs, with emphasis on analytics and simulations.
Qualified candidates will hold a doctoral degree and have 2+ years of teaching experience in diverse modalities (traditional, online, hybrid).
The School of Business and Information Sciences of Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an academically qualified, full-time Marketing faculty to develop and deliver undergraduate courses, integrating analytics and using simulations. The Assistant Professor will be responsible to teach, administer, and develop curriculum across its undergraduate and graduate business programs, and will fulfill all responsibilities of a full-time faculty member in the areas of Teaching Effectiveness, Scholarship, and Service as outlined in the Felician University Faculty Handbook.

Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience teaching at both undergraduate and graduate courses; proven ability to create engaging learning experiences across traditional, online and hybrid environments; ability and willingness to teach at off-sites campus sites as needed; demonstrated familiarity with assessment and willingness to participate in assessment training; comprehensive knowledge of marketing, data analytics, simulation software and emerging industry trends; ability to design and implement courses that integrate data analytics concepts with marketing theory to provide students with practical, data-driven skills; proven ability to utilize simulation tools to enhance student learning and engagement with marketing principles; demonstrated familiarity with BrightSpace LMS or other LMS tools; exceptional communications and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with a diverse constituency of traditional and non-traditional students; demonstrated ability to build and support interdivisional relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of staff, faculty and external stakeholders; willingness and ability to support the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the university.
