Qualifications

• MD, DO, MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Evidence of ability as a teacher; activity as a scholar and ability in all other duties assigned.
• Desirable personal qualities judged on the basis of personal interview, complete biographical data, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Clinical- 75%: Provide in-patient rotations of patients in a psychiatric hospital with or without learners; split between inpatient and outpatient settings at ECRH.
• Research- 15%: Perform research in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry and DBHDD/ECRH as appropriate and approved; annual renewal based on engagement and productivity.
• Instruction- 10%: Providing care with learners; attending grand rounds and faculty meetings; didactics.
