The School of Business at the University of Indianapolis is seeking to add faculty to accommodate growth in its Finance programs. The School seeks applicants for an Assistant Professor in Finance. This is a full-time, tenure or non-tenure track, nine-month faculty position with a start date of May 2025.
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Priority will be given to applications received by Feb 14, 2025.
The successful candidate will be an expert in the fields of corporate finance, financial markets, investment management, international finance, and financial instruments, plus other related course topics offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at UIndy. The candidate should have a passion for teaching, research, and innovation, and will contribute to advancing the university’s commitment to excellence in education and research, bridging theoretical concepts with real-world applications.
Teaching may occur in face-to-face, hybrid, or fully asynchronous online modalities. Excellence in teaching is paramount, so candidates with a proven track record of teaching excellence at the higher education level will be strongly favored. Professional certifications or continuing professional education are a plus.
