An established industry player in cancer care is seeking fellowship-trained breast surgeons to join their multidisciplinary team. The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX has developed a clinically integrated women's cancer program that spans a large geographic region in and around metropolitan Houston covering a growing population of 7 million residents. This program is designed to provide coordinated, team-based multidisciplinary care and access to clinical trials for women and men with breast cancers and diseases of the breast. We are seeking fellowship trained breast surgeons to join our region wide breast cancer team. Our comprehensive program includes integrated surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology (including - APBI services) and an expanding clinical research program with cutting edge clinical trials.
Completion of a breast surgery fellowship or an SSO-approved surgical oncology fellowship is required. Interested candidates would have an academic appointment with the Department of Breast Surgical Oncology, and be an integrated member of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center faculty. The practice opportunity would include joining a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in cancer care. In addition to superb surgical skills, our ideal candidate would possess strong leadership, vision and people skills essential to building a successful clinical practice.
Work Location: Onsite
This position has a target base salary of $349,749 to $419,998 and is eligible for incentive compensation, comprehensive health, wellness, time off, savings, and retirement benefits, as well as relocation support, as applicable.
