To teach undergraduate and graduate classes in Management (face-to-face and online), specifically Management Fundamentals, Organizational Behavior, E-Bus Systems Fundamentals, Intro to Business Analytics and other management related courses to adequately provide a good foundation in Management, and to prepare students for many other classes within the department and the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business. This position will teach three classes each fall and spring with a possible teaching assignment in the summer. This position will also serve on departmental, college, and university committees. This faculty member will maintain professional affiliations and contribute to professional activities. The person in this position must retain their scholarly academic qualifications. This position will mentor students and provide advice on professional endeavors.
Doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited institution, in Management, or a closely related field (i.e., Organizational Behavior), with a strong commitment to teaching, academic research, and service. Pertinent work experience, continuing professional development and an active research agenda to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment are required. This faculty member will have relevant teaching experience which includes proven effectiveness in online course development and teaching. Must meet the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualification for an Assistant Professor position.

Regardless of the degree, it must be coupled with pertinent teaching experience, continuing professional development and a robust research agenda. Candidate must meet the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualification for an Assistant Professor position. Preferred candidate will also have relevant teaching experience which includes proven effectiveness in online course development and teaching, professional experience and professional certifications.
