Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center invites applications for an Assistant Professor in FAES | Horticulture and Crop Science. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct research on urban horticulture, and engage with community stakeholders through extension activities.

Title Details

Tenure faculty (regardless of rank) - persons with the titles of professor, associate professor, assistant professor and instructor who serve on appointments totaling 50% or more service to the university and who are eligible for tenure or who have obtained tenure.

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in horticulture, crop science, vegetable production, and related topics;

  • Research concerning horticultural food production systems with a focus on urban and urbanizing environments and communities;
