The Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology and Counseling welcomes applications for a full-time tenure-line position to begin August 2025 for the academic year, with the area of specialization in counseling psychology.

Full-time tenure-line position to begin August 2025 for the academic year; area of specialization is counseling psychology.




Earned doctorate in counseling psychology from APA accredited program by August 15, 2025; ABD candidates will be considered only if all degree requirements will be completed by August 15, 2025. Professional competence in a specialty area within counseling psychology as demonstrated by publications and/or professional conference presentations.








Highly qualified scholar with the ability to contribute to the department's scientist-professional training model, with demonstrated research, teaching, and mentoring experiences and competencies. Special consideration will be given to candidates who can contribute to all graduate programs within the department with the ability to mentor students, facilitate immersive learning experiences, and teach courses and train students in (a) assessment, (b) integrated health care, sexuality, and/or conducting research and/or providing services to children/adolescents.
