Xtreme Manufacturing is seeking an Assistant Production Planner to join our team in Henderson, NV. You will assist in planning and scheduling materials required for production, monitor part availability, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate Manufacturing Orders, analyzing inventory data for demand planning, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow while working with MRP systems and ERP

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a production planner or in a related field
• Proven experience in material planning, inventory, scheduling or warehouse operations
• Experience with MRP systems and ERP platforms
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently or in a team and adapt to changing production needs
• Understanding of manufacturing processes on the line and BOM accuracy

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling materials required for production
• Monitor part availability and identify shortages before they impact manufacturing
• Support consumption and components and materials in M3, including serialized items and delivery-upon-request materials
• Review and maintain accurate Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data to support accurate demand and supply planning
• Help maintain BOM accuracy and report issues to appropriate teams
• Track slow-moving, shortage, or critical components and communicate risks
• Support receipt processes for incoming materials and assist in resolving receiving issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and material flow
