Banjo’s Cleveland is currently looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join the Cleveland team. As a key member of the Production Team, you’ll be producing high quality, freshly baked goods as well as assisting the Production Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. Key Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
• Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards
• Assist the Production Manager to manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering
• Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
