Job summary

Banjo's Launceston is seeking a friendly Sales Manager to lead the sales team and deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high standards. You will supervise staff and help manage the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring great customer experiences across busy hours.

You’ll oversee opening and closing duties, training of new Sales employees, and merchandising, with shifts across 4:45 am to 6:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays, to support our growth goals.

About The Role

Banjo's is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Launceston team! Leading the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you're a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment - we'd love to hear from you! We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4:45 am and 6:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
